Frequently asked questions
How does it work?
We have developed a streamlined process to make finding talent easy:
Once I receive an application, how do I take the conversation forward?
After submitting your project with us, once approved, you will receive expressions of interest in your mailbox (including the student's contact details). If they are a good match with your company, feel free to arrange an interview and see if they could be a good fit.
What are the costs involved?
There are no fees for INCO Academy's Talent Exchange service! As a non-commerical entity, our interest is solely in ensuring the success of our graduates and startup partners.
Given our role as a connecting service, we'll leave it up to you to negotiate the terms of your working relationship with our graduates, including remuneration.
What's in it for the students?
Our students are on a journey to break into the Australian tech industry, and we're here to help them get started.
What's in it for INCO?
As a not-for-profit, our success is measured by the outcomes of our students. The more students we place into further education, internships, or full-time jobs, the better for us. The gap in the industry has left approximately 200,000 unfilled Australian tech jobs, we want to narrow that gap and support Australia in becoming an authority in the global technology sphere.
